As a consultant for startups and as a leader in different positions, I am well-acquainted with the various challenges of the startup world. These challenges include initiating funding rounds, preparing due diligence, establishing growth-oriented processes, conducting job interviews, managing group dynamics, developing sustainable company values, setting revenue targets, defining performance indicators, organizing training sessions, coaching executives, delegating responsibilities, and fostering the growth of employees... The list of my experiences with startups is extensive.
However, as a trained organizational development expert with all my experience, I understand that no two companies are alike! That's why it's important for me to examine each organization individually and also understand its values and culture. Only with a holistic understanding on the organization and the issue the right measures can be taken and sustainable success can be achieved.
