... full of life and courage. A true doer who is not afraid to take paths that are less traveled. I am from Bielefeld - a city that is known for that it does not exists. And yet you can find me most of the time in the mountains in Innsbruck, Austria.

I have been working with people for many years.

In my personal life, I often initiate things or spontaneously step in when needed. Whether it's organizing an orientation week for new students, representing another company at trade shows, or supervising employees at a summer camp in Canada. But also, in my professional roles as a project manager for refugee shelters, a consultant for startups, and a leader of my teams, I have consistently observed that people are at the core of everything, no matter where you are.

Every person has a unique story, and it's worth taking a closer look.

Poor performance can result from distractions from other tasks, but it can also be rooted in marital issues at home. Lack of motivation can stem from being underchallenged at work, but it can also be linked to unfulfilled personal relationship desires.

And that's why, for me, the individual with their values and needs is always at the center.

I am a systemic coach to approach the challenges one faces holistically and to assist people in finding satisfaction and fulfillment for themselves, whether in their personal or professional lives. Because, to me, there is a correlation between contented individuals and their success. In the end, the question remains: which company wouldn't want successful and content employees!
